Luxury Resort in New Mexico
Charles MacPherson Associates was asked by a luxury resort in New Mexico in May 2009 to deliver a proposal to provide a team of butlers to support a prominent Middle Eastern delegation. The hotel was unable to provide the full service with its existing staff complement. The ability to speak Arabic was also considered essential.
The resort management was under extreme time constraints and required a proposal and a solution within days so that the details of the delegation’s visit in June 2009 could all be confirmed. The provision of butlers was absolutely essential for the visiting delegation. The resort also required CMA to payroll the team of butlers.
From our comprehensive database we were quickly able to identify a team of fully trained Arabic speaking butlers and arrange for their travel to New Mexico. The project proceeded as planned and both the resort and its client were very happy with the team of butlers provided by CMA.
