What do you present to the Client on my behalf?
Your resume package, which we call a candidate profile, consists of a one-page summary of notes taken during our interview, your resume, and any letters of reference and pertinent certificates. Our goal is to provide clients with all your information in a short and easy to read profile so they can focus on deciding which candidate will be the best fit.
How long do I have to wait to hear back?
This depends entirely on the communication from the client. We will keep you informed, but ultimately we rely on the client as much as you.

Call us! Always call and let us know any change in your situation. We understand that sometimes life happen, so call us as soon as you can so we can advise the client, and reschedule the interview. What is a working trial?
At Charles MacPherson Associates, we strongly believe in the working trial as a final test of how well you fit the job and how well the job fits you: This is the final step before you are offered a job from a client; if they are happy with your performance the job offer will follow.
