Our Placement Specialists follow strict protocols and procedures on how to recruit for positions.   Everything from the interview questions we ask to the screening techniques we employ are thorough and consistent with Charles MacPherson Associates’  standards of discretion and distinction. Our mandate is to present our clients only with applicants who can do the job; we will not waste our clients’ valuable time.

Candidates are presented in writing with back up information including resumes, letters of reference and photographs as well as our interview notes and observations.  Our role is to be as supportive as possible from the point of presentation to the process of hiring.

Our service is total and our methods have been designed to ensure that our relationships – both with client and candidate – are lasting and consistent with our standards of excellence.
