RECRUITING ACCOUNT MANAGER
CMA is excited to adding a Recruiting Account Manager to our team! If you’re a dynamic, polished, and articulate professional with experience managing accounts, relationships, or projects, we’re interested in hearing from you.
CMA specializes in recruiting and training household staff, and consulting on matters related to household management and operations. Our clients are HNW and UHNW individuals and families who rely on CMA to find highly skilled household staff in a wide variety of roles.
As a Recruiting Account Manager at CMA, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience. From the initial inquiry about our Placement services through to successful candidate placement, you are the client’s point person and our candidates’ representative. You will help clients navigate the placement process from end to end, while working with job candidates to find the perfect match.
In this role, you’re involved in multiple facets of the placement process. This role includes a mix of inbound sales, relationship management, project management, and recruitment. The Recruiting Account Manager is dedicated to ensuring client and candidate satisfaction with CMA’s service delivery.
