Since 2008, The Charles MacPherson Academy has had the pleasure of training both established and next-generation private service professionals. We have witnessed, first-hand, the personal growth and professional development of our students and the career progression of our graduates year after year.
We believe the success of our programming is due, in part, to the fact that it continues to evolve and change over time to meet the needs of the private service industry. After reviewing our educational objectives and through consultation with employers, private service professionals, and educational partners over the last few years, I am pleased to announce the new direction of The Charles MacPherson Academy.
In 2020, we will be offering professional development courses to expand our reach and educate a broader audience. Our programming will be delivered in our Academy in Toronto, and in major cities across North America. These courses will be offered in more condensed timeframes and will be delivered more frequently, increasing accessibility to continuing education opportunities for private service professionals. The first course being offered is ‘People Management for Private Service Professionals‘, which will be delivered in New York, Los Angeles, and Toronto.
Though we have moved from delivering a 4-week Household Management Program to professional development courses, we will continue to provide verification for those graduates who have received their certification.
