Our full-time placement fees are based on a percentage of the hired candidate’s first year’s compensation. Fee percentages remain consistent for all of our clients.
Yes. all of our placements are guaranteed for 60-days. We will replace the candidate or extend a credit to you (as per our agreement/fee schedule). Should either you or the hired candidate terminate the employment relationship prior to the expiration of the guarantee period.
We understand that speed is essential, however, we also only want to present the most qualified candidates to our clients. Generally, pending your job request, our shortlist of candidates is prepared for client consideration within 5 to 10 business days. As we are not a resume referral service we require this time to complete our search process (which includes sourcing, screening and selection).
We have built a deep and robust database of candidates who are the best in their field. It is our experience that the best candidates are usually happily employed and are not actively seeking new career opportunities. We have also found that candidates who are employed, concerned about confidentiality, are often reluctant to respond to ads. Assuming that the perfect candidate is ready to make a career change, what are the chances that he or she will see your ad on one of the days you run it?
