  4. Presentation of eligible, shortlisted candidate profiles for your consideration
  5. Coordination of client interviews, interview facilitation, and follow-up
  6. Planning of paid working trial(s) with candidates of interest (optional)
  7. Assistance with candidate selection and hiring processes
  8. Completing background checks and post-offer reference checks (as requested)
